Double storey extension

Mr & Mrs. Mitchell commissioned AJ Construction to build them their new double storey extension. To keep the costs down they wanted AJ Construction to build the main construction and all the second fix works except the carpentry works which Mr Mitchell wanted to do himself as he was a qualified carpenter. AJC were, of course, more than happy to oblige.
